Basic knowledge of shooting theory is a prerequisite for learning the biathlon shooting technique. They help the athlete to understand their own actions in training and competition and thus to apply them more properly.<\/p><p>Unfortunately, the knowledge of biathlon shooting technique is often criminally neglected in the training of young athletes. The initial specifications for a successful shot are <strong>Sight adjustment<\/strong> <strong>and aiming point<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Both values are basically known in biathlon shooting, since both distance and target are fixed according to the competition rules.<\/p><p>The <strong>Aiming point<\/strong> is basically target center with a ring front sight or let the target sit up with a beam front sight. In both cases, sufficient control white must be left. This aiming point is <strong>maintain at all costs<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The <strong>Sight adjustment<\/strong> must be used for <strong>necessary shot corrections<\/strong> or be adjusted during the zeroing for various reasons.
